Rentals include use of the Barn and surrounding area, kitchen, restrooms, two picnic tables, fourteen 6 foot tables and 132 folding chairs.
Weekday rates (Monday – Thursday) - $400.00 per day.
Weekends (Friday-Sunday) requires a two day rental and is $1,800.00 This includes access to the Extensive Crow Family Inventory. The Inventory includes use of the Crow Family Exclusive 30 year Antique collection. Please see our online Inventory Catalog. Sanitation and Breakage fees will apply.
Crow Family Farm will provide a steam iron and ironing board to use for pressing linens on day of set up. All inventory will be clean when checked out and needs to be returned clean.
Hours available for use - 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Capacity-150 ( Inside and outside) Larger parties must supply tents and extra seating. There is ample room for tents near the Barn. The Barn is available year-round and is 30 x 60.
The Pavilion features a prep kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker and ample prep space. There are two nicely appointed restrooms, and lots of surrounding space. The cabin is available for a dressing area for the Bride and her party.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required. Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the event pending confirmation that no damage has been done and that the inventory is returned clean. The security deposit is due 30 days prior to the event.
