Weddings & Events  


Rentals include use of the Pavilion and surrounding area, kitchen, restrooms, two picnic tables,  fourteen 6 foot tables and 56 folding chairs. 
Weekday rates (Monday – Thursday) - $400.00 per day. 

Weekends (Friday-Sunday) requires a two day rental and is $1,800.00 This includes access to the Extensive Crow Family Inventory.  The Inventory includes use of the Crow Family Exclusive 30 year Antique collection.  Please ask to see our Inventory Catalog.  Sanitation and Breakage fees will apply.

Hours available for use  - 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 
Garbage Removal -$75.00
Full clean-up- $400.00
Design, setup and clean up $800.00
Wedding Planning Services Available upon Request for an additional fee.

Capacity-150  ( Inside and outside)   Larger parties must supply tents and extra seating. There is ample room for tents near the Pavilion. The Pavilion is available year-round and is 30 x 60.  

The Pavilion features a prep kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker and ample prep space. There are two nicely appointed restrooms,  and lots of surrounding space.  The cabin is available for a dressing area for the Bride and her party. 

Security Deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit is required. Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the event pending confirmation that no property damage was done to the Pavilion. The security deposit is due 30 days prior to the event.

Reserve the Event
In order to reserve your date, we require 1/2 the rental fee, the signed Rental Contract, and a signed Hold Harmless Agreement. To check availability or if you have any questions, please call (864) 554-1108 or 864-828-3290.
