- This will give you time for your rehearsal, and to decorate for your event.

- linens laundry fee $100.00 (If you use our linens from inventory, this is required)

Our staff will ensure proper clean-up of the facility and grounds. Return items to inventory, break down chairs and tables. Clean linens. All you have to do is grab your personal belongings and go. If this is service is not purchased, it is up to you clean facility/grounds and removal all debris generated from your event.
- Design, Setup& Clean-up $1000.00
Meet with our design artist and help her create your special day! We will Setup, clean up and design it if you wish! We have inventory that we can use and/or you can provide your own items to decorate. We will communicate with the rental companies and help set up drop off/ pick up times. When your event is over, remove your personal items and leave the work for us.
Outside services options:
Day of coordinator $200.00
(1 hr. rehearsal/ approx.3 hours reception)
The day of coordinator instructs you and your bridal party through your ceremony and event. This person will help keep your event flowing and ensure that you get the most out of your wedding day.
Digital images with print release is provided
Engagement (1 hr on site):$75.00
Bridal/boudoir (1 hr on site) $100.00
Wedding $750.00 (2 shooters)
Includes Bridal/boudoir shoot, 4 hours photography for ceremony and reception
Special offer: If you use setup, clean up and design option & purchase wedding package, engagement session is free.
*We allow and welcome outside photographers and other vendors.
Reserve the Event
In order to reserve your date, we require 1/2 the rental fee, the signed Rental Contract, and a signed Hold Harmless Agreement. 30 days before event remainder must be paid along with the $500.00 refundable damage deposit.
