During your event, your guest can enjoy the experience of a farm atmosphere. Depending on the season, our famous sunflower field is available for photography.  The barn houses vintage farm implements, antiques  and vintage  collectables.  Edison bulbs light the barn and the yard, adding to the vintage feel.

The DIY wedding day

Our you the DIY Bride? A daily rental may suit you! Daily Rental includes use of bridal cabin, barn and barn yard for your ceremony.  Rental also includes use of tables and chairs. only.  Daily rentals are DIY and you're responsible for setup, cleanup  and trash removal .  NO INVENTORY IS INCLUDED. A rehearsal  may be scheduled for the morning of your event if you are renting the day only.

Full-Service  Wedding Day

This is for the couple that want their celebration to be beautiful without the stress of the setup, design, cleanup and hiring ceremony director.

Includes:

Full day rental {8am-10pm Wedding Day}

Includes 2 hr. Rehearsal (please ask host for availability)

Wedding design: We will help you design your special day using our inventory and assist creating your shopping list on what decor you will need to provide.

Setup: Staff will set up the site and have it ready for your beautiful event.

Clean up: To ensure that guest and you enjoy your stay, staff will take care of removing bagged trash from grounds, the take down of chairs and tables, return inventory to the storage and laundry the linens.

Ceremony Director: To make things go smoothly, we will have a staff member direct your wedding party down the aisle.

Includes 30 Min engagement shoot on location, 1 hour on location Bridal/boudoir shoot, approx. 5-6 hours photography for ceremony and reception.

Reserve the Event

In order to reserve your date, we require 1/2 the rental fee, the signed Rental Contract, and a signed Hold Harmless Agreement. 30 days before event remainder must be paid along with the $500.00 refundable damage deposit.
